Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to confirm each booking - either £20 or £25 depending on the length of stay. This will be deducted at the end of the stay. The deposit is "non-refundable" if the booking is cancelled.

Should an animal be collected before the departure date without prior knowledge the reserved fee will be charged. Charges are made for the day in and the day of booking out regardless of what time you pick up or collect.

If an animal is not collected within 14 days of the agreed departure date and all contact has failed, we reserve the right to have any animal removed from the premises and legal action will be taken to reimburse the boarding fees and the relocation fees. Please restrict drop off, collection and viewing times to within our opening hours so as to adhere to the licensing laws, and of course give consideration to our neighbours too!

Full payment is expected on collection by cash or credit card.

All animals must be vaccinated and a current vaccination card must be shown on their first stay. Subsequently, we would only require to see it again on the first stay after the following year’s boosters as we keep a record of the vaccinations.

Dogs: covered for distemper, leptospirosis and parvovirus. Kennel cough is optional but of course there is a higher risk in a kennel environment.

Cats: covered for feline enteritis, leukaemia and cat flu.

An on-call vet is available 24 hours a day. However in the unlikely event that the pet needs veterinary attention every effort will be made to contact the pet’s own vet first. (If our on-call vet is used you will be required to pay the bill)

All pets should have been recently wormed. Should any pet on arrival require treatment for internal or external parasites (worms, fleas, etc) this will be done without prior consent from the owner and then a charge will be made for this.

Whilst every possible attention is given to each pet boarding with us it is done so entirely at the owner’s risk.

Any current or ongoing problem with a pet’s health or temperament must be notified to us at the time of booking.

To view our kennels and cattery appointments should be made. You can call Church Farm Boarding Kennels and Cattery on the number above or for more general enquiries and bookings you can fill in the form on the Contact Us page and we will reply as soon as possible.
